Absolutely! In 2024, I graduated from the Professional Intensive Program at the Rocky Mountain School of Photography.

During that time, I had the privilege of learning and growing alongside some of the most talented and inspiring photographers in the field. Many of my mentors and instructors have had their work published in outlets like Vogue, National Geographic, The New York Times, Rolling Stone, Sports Illustrated, Martha Stewart, Patagonia, and more.

That experience not only sharpened my technical skills but also shaped me into the photographer and storyteller I am today.

Out-of-state bookings can look a little different since the destination plays a big role in the overall cost. Travel expenses like flights, hotels, car rentals, gas, and food all factor in, so the final price depends on where we’re headed.

That being said, if you’ve got a pesky temporary inconvenience (think cuts, scratches, bruises, or an unexpected pimple), I can touch those up upon request— If I must. But trust me, you’re stunning just the way you are.

At the start of the form, you’ll share your basic info and the type of session you’re interested in. This helps me prep and personalize your consultation so it’s all about you.

I’ll also ask for any details you think are worth mentioning. The more you share about yourself and your vision, the better! Don’t hold back, I truly want to get to know you and your story.

At the end, you’ll see my availability. Just pick the date and time that works best for you, and it’ll be automatically added to my calendar. You’ll get an instant confirmation, but the most important email to look out for is my personal welcome message, that’s where I’ll walk you through what to expect and how to get ready for our phone consultation.

A phone consultation usually lasts anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour, depending on how much we need to chat through.

Honestly, going back and forth over text or email can be a pain—it’s time-consuming, drawn-out, and just plain boring. Messaging can stretch on for days or even weeks, and who has time for that?

A phone call lets us get everything sorted quickly and efficiently, so we can keep things moving forward.

But beyond just the details, the goal of a phone consultation is to get to know you better and figure out how I can best serve you. If you're nervous about the call, don’t worry—I'm probably just as nervous as you are! 😊

My favorite time of day for photos? Honestly—any time! I’m trained and experienced in working with all kinds of natural and artificial light, so whether it’s golden hour, blue hour, midday sun, or even after dark, I know how to make the light work for us.

That said, it’s important to keep in mind that lighting can drastically change the mood and overall vibe of your session. Golden hour creates a warm, soft, romantic glow, while blue hour brings out dreamy, cinematic tones. Midday light feels bold, bright, and high-energy, and nighttime can be dramatic, intimate, or even playful depending on the setting. Whatever the mood you’re going for, I’ve got you covered. :)

My main focus is on weddings, elopements, maternity, birth, and intimate portraiture—these are the stories I’m most passionate about capturing. That said, I do have experience in a wide range of other photography genres, including headshots, events, album art, photojournalism, fine art, and more.

Because these aren’t my specialties, I don’t have set packages for other session types, and I can’t guarantee that I’ll be able to book them. If you have a specific project in mind, though, feel free to reach out and we can see if it’s a good fit.
