FAQs

  • When you fill out a contact form, it helps me to get a solid initial understanding of who you are and how I can best assist you in getting exactly what you are looking for. Having that information will ultimately help the consultation run smoother and be more effective. For the best outcome, Be sure to be specific and provide as many details about yourself and your goal as possible. I want to know all about you! The more the merrier!

Once it is submitted, I will get back to you as soon as possible to set up a short phone consultation where we will spend time getting to know each other and talking about whether I am the best photographer to fulfill your needs.

  • A phone consultation can last anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour depending on many factors. For instance, a wedding inquiry will likely take more time than a portrait session due to there being more topics to go over.

It really just makes things a lot simpler and helps move the process along a lot quicker. Going back and forth over text or email is not only time-consuming, but it can feel very drawn out and bland. Messaging can take anywhere from days, to a week, or maybe even longer.

A phone call allows us to get everything out on the table right then and there. It also just feels more personal and gives us both a better understanding of how we are. I don’t know about you but I’d much rather hear your voice than read a text and try to decipher the tone and the vibes.

However, the ultimate goal of a phone consultation is to get to know you better as a person and figure out how I can best service you. If you get nervous on calls, don’t stress, I’m probably just as nervous as you are! :)

Now, go fill out that form if you haven’t already! I’m excited to know you!!

  • Not all photographers are going to be a perfect fit for you and that’s ok! Think about the things that are most important to you. What do you want to capture and preserve? What do you want to feel when you look back? The most important thing is that you feel comfortable and happy with your choice. :)

My approach to photography leans heavily on the documentary/story-telling side with some creative posed and prompted portraits mixed in there.

I am a storyteller at heart. With photography, I get to freeze time and capture the things that people might have missed or brushed over in the moment. I’m evoking emotion and authenticity; helping people express their individuality and fall in love with themselves. :)

  • Sorry, but absolutley not.

You are a fucking masterpeice, dude! You do not need to be “FIXED” or molded ino any kind of societal standard.

My job is to help you see the beauty in your AUTHENTIC self not to change you.

However- upon request- I am willing to help you out when it comes to temporary inconviniances (aka. cuts, scratches, bruises, or the occasional pimple pal that pops up).

  • My favorite time of day for photos is any time of day!

I am well-trained and confident in my ability to work in all types of natural and artificial lighting scenarios. whether it’s blue hour, golden hour, nighttime, or harsh mid-day light - I’ve got you, babes!

    I know my light! :)

  • I did indeed!

I graduated from the “professional intensive” program at Rocky Mountain School of Photography - an amazing prestigious photography school out in Missoula Montana, that only accepts 36 students a year.

While I was there, I had the absolute honor of learning and growing with extremely talented and inspirational photographers who have been featured in magazines like:

New York Times, National Geographic, Washington Post, Patagonia, Rolling Stone, UsWeekly, Martha Stewart, Sports Illustrated, and so many more!

I am extremely grateful that I was able to attend that school. I worked hard, learned so much, and grew so much as an artist - a photographer - and a businesswoman.

  • Hell yeah, I travel! Are you kidding?! lmao anywhere you go, I’ll follow! :)

Out-of-state bookings vary in price- mainly because the destination plays a big part in cost due to flights, hotels, gas, car rentals, food, etc.

When you inquire about a destination booking, it is best to do so well in advance. This allows plenty of time to plan and gives you a higher chance of getting the best deals on some of the necessities listed above.

  • Glad you asked!

I have experience in all kinds of photography.

I have a separate page dedicated to music photography, album art, events, and photojournalism.

You can check out my editorial work on the “other” option under the “portfolios” tab!

If you have a special request, fill out a contact form, and let’s get chatting!
